Any thing bready is good. Also if you want to skip the hang over in the morning, try and get a glass of water between drinks. It will keep you hydrated and slow you down just a bit.

Just stay away from chili dogs or anything greasy. When that comes back up.......... UGH!! It's an old wives tale to drink oil or eat greasy foods before drinking. Have a ham sandwich.

Anything with a high fat content tends to stay in the body longer because it's not as easily digested. Try cheeses. They are full of fat and will help absorb some of the toxicity, thus depleting the severity of hangovers

Before a Cubs game I usually have a couple of hot dogs. That gets me through the game. After the game we usually hit one of the area bars and have more beer and a pizza or something. Then it's to a liquor store and our 20 mile drive home.

nicely older human beings in eire swore via a plate of champ and a pitcher of buttermilk. Champ being creamed potatoes and chopped scallions(spring onions), which does no longer be as stinky as garlic. for my section i love the scent of garlic on a lady's breath, it shows she's is prepared to indulge her tastes and appetites!

Something nice and fatty, aswell as lots of water, it will be your saviour! Also, don't try anything you have never eaten before, it may disagree with alcohol and there goes your night!
