In order to cut costs, whatever the waiter brings back (say a bowl of half eaten soup), he will just dump that soup back into the main soup bowl, warm it up and serve it out again.

I know it is made with ice cream which you put in the oven for a short while and the ice cream does not mellt. You also pour brandy over the top and set fire to the top.
