For quick and easy, Italian dressing. For something a little more fun and with a kick we like to season boneless chicken breasts with a commercial seasoning (like Durn Good seasoning) or a rub, then spray lightly with Pam for Grilling.

For grilling instructions we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Enter the details such as the type of grill (gas or charcoal), thickness of each breast and time you want to eat. It will give you instructions for how to grill boneless chicken breasts that are nice and juicy, and ready at the time you specify to eat.

Then we like to put a little of our favorite bbq sauce in a dish to use as a dipping sauce, just as you would shrimp sauce. It's a fun variation that we really enjoy.
