one lemon produces 2-3 tablespoons of juice!! hope that helps

Obviously this depends on the size and ripeness (more ripe, more juice) of the lemon. It can be anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 cup of juice. You also want to make sure the lemon is room temperature before juicing to maximum return (and ease of juicing).

An average lemon contains about five to six teaspoons of juice. Have a good day.

My Betty Crocker cookbook says an average of 2 Tbsp. But it depends on the size of the lemon. I've been able to get 3 Tbsp out of a large one when they're in season.

if you zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds, you get more juice
