Make a Victoria sponge base. Place hard frozen ice cream on the base and cover with soft fruits which have been cooked down a little to produce some syrup. Smother with meringue, making sure that the ice cream is completely covered. Place in a hot oven for no more than 5 minutes or under the grill til the meringue starts to colour. Serve immediately. The meringue acts as an insulator and the ice cream should still be firm.

Gosh, I've not had this dessert for an absolute age!!
My mum used to make it as an alternative to Xmas pudding every Christmas.
Don't be bothering making the base, you can buy ready made flan cases and are just as yummy!
Lay some sliced peaches, strawberries on the flan base, then drizzle a lil brandy over the top, cover with good quality vanilla ice-cream. Then completely cover with stiff egg whites mixed with a lil sugar until it's shiny?!
Pop in the oven until the peaks of the meringue brown a lil.
Voila......my favourite!
Enjoy

im not sure on the actual recipe, but you just have meringue-covered ice cream and YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE ICE CREAM IS COVERED before baking it, or it will melt...leave it for about 2-3 minutes, or when the meringue turns light brown...

truly, Pentecostals like Palin do no longer use hallucinogens. They talk in tongues and are possessed by skill of the Holy Spirit of God and that they tension out demons with none help from ingested chemical compounds.
