I may be anemic. I'm a vegan and I don't eat any animal products, from meat, to cheese, eggs or even gelatin something you could find in gummy bears. Any advice about
reducing the dark circles under my eyes. I'm fair skin and I have blue eyes. Thank you for taking the time if you have some kind of input.

ok so i grill all the time, and have slowly mastered pork, beef, fish, and shrimp...but now i want to cook. I plan on making dumplings as my first attempt to real cooking( i guess dumplings count) due to their simpleness.....so what should i put in my Gyoza dumpling? i dont want cabbage in it and also how long does the meat inside need to cook? i know you fry them till they are brown( the dumpling) but does it really cook the meat? And lastly, i need one on one help in cooking, but dont have anywhere to go and my father isnt much of a chef, he is the one who taught me to grill so well...thanks for the advice

P.S I am 15 years old so dont suggest cooking schools..thanks!

I am bored, bored, bored, with pork chops/rice/corn for dinner. Since I really have no kitchen skills beyond the most simple, does anyone have a really great chicken recipe? Failing that, a really great marinade for steak?

It doesn't matter if I use a tortilla mix or flour, salt, lard , crisco or veg oil. If I made them with baking powder or not, they stay soft for a few minutes then they're like flying discs!

as a beginner i would like to know what other's purposes of drinking wine is. and also, and recommendations for a beginner on what kind of wines to try out. i really don't like the sweets/whites. i like the red/dry/not sweet ones. i'm open to all kinds of answers. i was introduced to wine about a month ago and loved it. the person who introduced it to me had me try a cabernet sauvignon (don't remember the maker) and i was in love ever since. he described the taste to me - aged/fermented. for some reason i loved it! and recommendations? i'd like to start off on the cheaper side first! thanks!

Every day I eat a cup of pinto beans mixed with a cup of rice, mixed with some salsa. It actually is pretty good. Is this a good diet? What nutrients am I not getting? What vegetarian foods might you suggest to suplement this diet?
