Well my best is Cincinnati Chili but we don't give that recipe out haha.
I have a Roast recipe thats soo good and easy.
You take the roast about 2.25 lbs or if you have a bigger family you can get a bigger one.
Take about 2/3 cup of Soy Sauce and pepper...rub it all around and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
I think you preheat the oven for 450 degrees.
Once that 20 minutes is up you put some olive oil in a pan on high. When its nice and hot you sear the meat on all sides totally 3 minutes.
After that in that pan put the roast in the oven. They say 7 minutes per pound for medium rare but I think that is more rare. I like mine medium rare but for leftovers its tough to eat so I cook about 35 minutes which gives a nice pink center.
You tent that with foil.
Pour out excess drippings. Take some garlic and shallots and brown. You ad cooking wine, I use Gray Poupon mustard, evap milk, beef broth, some butter, and then flour to make a roux.
Serve over rice.
If anyone wants the exact ingrediants let me know.
