I think they'll keep whatever they were put in with.

However, if they aren't wrapped well (removing as much air as possible, and thickly enough to keep air and moisture out), they will begin to get freezer burn or ice crystals eventually which will make the texture mooshier and you might also cut or soak those parts off which could reduce the nutrional components a bit.

Also, if you put the food in the freezer with any sauce or liquid in the bag, etc. with it, you'll need to eat that too since some of the vitamins, etc., could have migrated into those areas over time.

Don't know more than that though.
