I may be anemic. I'm a vegan and I don't eat any animal products, from meat, to cheese, eggs or even gelatin something you could find in gummy bears. Any advice about
reducing the dark circles under my eyes. I'm fair skin and I have blue eyes. Thank you for taking the time if you have some kind of input.

See a nutritionist if you can. They'll respect your type of vegetarianism, and work with you to overcome the anemia.

Since anemia is potentially life-threatening if left unaddressed, you really need to take care of it properly, and not expect make-or-break insights here. Please take care of yourself.

Macrobiotics would have something to say about your liver functions. I can't assume you eat health food as soda and Fritos are vegan... The best I can do is to tell you to look into macrobiotics and in the mean time cut out refined sugar and white flour as much as possible. That means the sweetest you get is fruit and brown rice syrup keeping in mind that too much fruit (especially tropical fruits) can knock your system off balance, too. There are vegetables and grains specific to cleaning up each organ system. Christina Pierello has some decent books, try the library. There should also be some information online if you keep looking. Best of luck!
Oh, yeah, are you getting enough sleep?

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care. Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in lukewarm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. Some more useful tips at http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/

See if you are allergic to something that you are eating...my daughter used to have dark circles, but they went away when she started eating healthier. Obviously, you, being a vegan, are eating healthy...so maybe you have some kind of allergy. Go ask your doc for help. Good luck!

Be sure and read the answers in the second question you asked (with this same title) at about the same time, since there are a lot more suggestions and info, etc., in that thread than in this one. (My long answer is there too).

A nutritional deficiency. You shouldn't be vegan or veg. as a teen - it's hindering your health and growth.
