Considering you have classes five hours a day, you need nutritious food which is healthy, non-fattening, and yet gives you energy! How about---
1. Cold chicken sandwiches, Tuna sandwiches, using brown bread.
2. A handful of unsalted, plain peanuts.
3. Vegetable sandwiches using cucumber, tomato, and lettuce, --with salt and pepper, but without any salad dressing!
4. Fruits like Bananas, Oranges, and figs /raisins can be carried dry and the skin disposed off!
5. If you can carry fresh juices in a safe water bottle, how about Carrot juice, Watermelon, Tomato juice with pepper and salt, Yoghurt with salt, etc ?
Drink lots of water [8-10 glasses of clean water.]
Remember, your emphasis is on nutritious food, not heavy, filling meals? This is my answer.

I like to pack a wrap with some thin slices of meat (like smoked turkey) and lettuce. Also try the 100 calorie packs. They're portion controlled.
About fruit, I'm with you on the fruit pulp. You could carry fruits that have their own "containers" like bananas, oranges and tangerines. When I pack apples or pears, I wrap them in plastic wrap. This way if they do get banged up, they don't make a mess and I can still eat them.

I take my lunch every day to work. I carry it in a separate insulated bag. I take things like cottage cheese, fruit, yogurt, sandwich wraps with low fat ingredients, raisins, cereal bars, raw veggies, and salads. if you don't want an extra bag to carry, get a plastic container that will fit into your bag to carry things so they aren't crushed.

Pack liquid diet (fruit juice, curd etc.) in sealed Tupperware products.. I have seen millions of local train passengers in Mumbai carrying these!

A lowfat yogurt, like Stonyfield farm, since there is no corn syrup in it. A Kashi bar with almond and flax seed, a bit sugary, but loaded with soy protein and very filling grains.

what's her fav sandwhich? try that and does she like veggie sticks. if so deliver like carrot and celery sticks with a touch facet of ranch dressing to dip them in. Crackers and cheese is continually strong. for a dessert style difficulty she would have fruit or perhaps perhaps a touch pudding, it really is made with milk and is robust maximum youthful toddlers like it.
