I'm making a cheese platter for a lot of people. What kind of cheeses should I use that are still relatively cheap, yet tasty- not like a crappy deli platter? I'm looking for 5 or 6 kinds of cheeses. Also, How many ounces of cheese should I serve per person? This will be one of many appetizers. Any ideas on where to buy or order cheese from? Many thanks in advance!

I like the occasional V or Red Bull. Are they harmful? I like them for long trips when I'm driving - they don't go cold like coffee and they really help me to stay alert. I would never have more than 3 in a day.

We are having a potluck party for 75-100 people. I'm making the soup, but I don't know how much soup I should make for everyone. It's a sit down meal, and there will be many other things served (like apps, a main course, and dessert), so I don't know what the right amount is. 1 cup, 2 cups per person? I don't know what size the bowls will be so I cannot use that as a judge. No one else knows, either. Help!!!

I have noticed this. If you drink too much of it, you feel AWFUL , but if you drink moderate amounts, you wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed for the day.
