I need to use the eggs, but there is only two of us. I have over three dozen eggs. I don't want to see them go to waste, any good recipes or ideas for these eggs?

i was wondering since everything usually tastes better the second day if, i could cook something in my crockpot, put it in the fridge over nite, then recook it alil the next day b4 serving?
