Hi Jenks.
The alcohol content of Marsala, which is a fortified wine, is high enough to keep it safe indefinitely. But the flavour will still spoil if you don't recork it to keep the air out or let it get warm.
Refridgeration is not necessary unless that's what you want to do, just don't store in a very warm place.
