I couldn't possibly choose just one! But the following would by my top contenders:
Argentinian churrasco steak (Medium/Rare), with thin cut french fries, steak sauce, and grilled tomatoes with a mild blue cheese melted over them, and crisp chargrilled green asparagus.
Sri Lankan crab curry with string hoppers (a unique Sri Lankan flat bread).
Indian potato samosas with tamarind chutney (it's the chutney that makes this a classic - tangy, hot, sour, mouthwatering).
Creamy Cajun crab bisque.
Traditional Danish Xmas dinner - Roast whole duck (so the skin is crispy and almost caremelised), sweet red cabbage (braised in a redcurrant jelly/sauce), caremelised baby new potatoes, the usual veg trimmings, a luscious prune stuffing, and rich, thick, gravy made with the fat and stock from the roasted duck and leeks and carrots and onions in the base of the roasting tin.
Medium rare wild venison steaks, with a selection of sautéed seasonal vegetables and Dauphinoise potatoes, with a classic rich Mexican molé sauce (traditional chocolate and chilli sauce with other complex spice and flavour variations) drizzled over.
Tandoori chicken (has to be the traditional authentic Punjabi way, not like in many British restaurants). Snack food so doesn't really need any accompaniments.
Full English Breakfast! :)
(or the fry up as I prefer to call it). My version...
Fried Eggs (sunny side up), griddled lightly smoked maple cure bacon (so the fat is crispy but the meat is still juicy & not dry), a grilled portobello mushroom (maybe with some blue cheese melted on it), fried onions, grilled tomato halfs, American style hash browns, baked beans, & a small Cumberland sausage. Mmmmm...that's a strong contender for the title of my favourite meal! :)
Japanese style Chilli Beef Ramen.
Miso soup with traditional Japanese pickles.
Thai jungle curry, with extra fresh julienned Galangal...yum! :)
...I guess I'd better stop there, I got a little carried away cause it's nearly dinner time & I'm hungry.
But one final word...following Laird C's example - I'd like them all to be washed down with an appropriate fine wine, or prefectly mixed cocktail, on the terrace of my own hut in the Bora Bora Lagoon resort of French Polynesia :)
(hey it's my answer & I'm allowed to fantasise as much as I want!)

I think it has to be Roast Lamb (stuffed with garlic and rosemary) with mint sauce, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots, asparagus and chipolata sausages! Can't beat a good roast dinner, although a very rare fillet steak and chips would be close second!
