Is there any way of knowing when hydrogenated fats have been used by looking at the labels on foods?

Look for the word "saturated fat", on the label it means hydrogenated fat, has been used.

shops etc do not have to say whether there are hydrogenated fats in their food and this is 100% legal!! so you cant be sure.
