My mother in law gave me the most basic recipe and its really good. All you do is use a can of mixed veggies, 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of cream of chicken, and about 2 large precooked chicken breasts (i boil them). Diced the chicken, mix it all together and put it in a frozen pie shell. Place another pie shell ontop and bake for about 45 at 350 degrees. Its really good.I would like to know how you make it yourself because I like finding new ways of cooking old favorites. Thanks!

I'm looking for an icing recipe to use with a cake-decoarating kit I have. I haven't used the kit in a while and tried the recipe included with it: Royal Icing: 1 pound confectioners sugar, 3 egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, beat with a wooden spoon until stiff. Not that difficult a recipe, but for the life of me, I couldn't get the icing to stiffen (and I beat it for about an hour, added more cream of tartar, stuck it in the fridge, tried everything I could think of). Trying to decorate a cake with icing that won't stiffen is an impossible task, and I was wondering if anyone had any tried and true recipes they would recommend. Thanks!

Im looking for a water flavor enhancer that makes plain water taste sweet and more better. I LOVE Powerade/Gatorade. But Powerade has too much calories and sugar. I bought about 20 32 FL oz Powerades and each of them has 280 calories along with 60g of sugar. Its way too much. Id rather have water that has the taste of powerade in it. Propel doesnt have that many calories/sugar but im not sure on the taste. Could anyone reccomend me some?

When we make Harvey Wallbangers, the Galliano doesn't float. We have tried pouring the Galliano down a stirring rod, and pouring it over a spoon, but that doesn't help.
