bobby flay had a alot of financial backing to open his restaurants,lplus i cant believe he is a high school dropout it takes a a.lot of money to go to culinery school thousands and they do not accept just anyone

that high school dropout had a benefactor to pay for his culinary education. He repeats his menu over and over again
(blue corn tamales, 3 sauces) Mesa Grill was a big dissapointment for me. Rick Bayless is a far superior chef for Southwestern or Mexican food, and although it takes skill to grill food properly, I cannot say he impresses me.

Hes good and I think he knows it.. maybe a little too well. So at times he comes across as a little egotistical... really about the only thing I don't really care about him. But anyways overall like I said I think he is a good chef with a pretty good personality. I like him.

Good chef but he's quite narcissistic and has the verbal skills of someone in the early stages of Alzheimers.

He's a pretty good chef. I remember i made BlueBerry Cobbler using one of his recipes.

I think he's obnoxious and cocky as a person, but regretfully, I think he's a kick azz chef. I think he is mellowing out and becoming less obnoxious as he gets older though...He's not as bad as Rachael Ray, though...

I watch him from time to time..But I do think he's arrogant..Or at least that's what comes across on most of his shows..
He does have some good recipes tho..
