Sugar is a carbohydrate.I think the main sugar is glucose but there are other sugars sucrose, fructose etc... good luck

Uh, sugar. Sugar is grown just like vegetables and fruit are. It comes from what is called sugar cane. It's just refined and processed. That's like rice is made from rice. Cabbage is made out of cabbage. Get the picture?
