I plan on adding fats from high fat vegetables, nuts, seeds and healthy oils. My main protein source will be from assorted brown and wild rices, along with an assortment of high protein beans for a complete amino acid profile.

I think it should be possible. Any advice or experienced opinions out there!

I have no cooking skills whatsoever. I lost my job and am on my last few hundred dollar bills. I need some ideas. So far have been eating nothing but noodles with cheese, ramen noodles, and bean burritos. Ideas?

As I remember, they were made of suji cooked up in ghee then some milk or cream added and sugar, cardamom powder .... made into little balls about the size of a small lime and then deep fried until crispy.

Do you recognize these? Have you ever had them? They are served for breakfast, as I remember.

I would love to know more about them.... I think they would be good with chai and a banana for breakfast. Have you by any chance a recipe?

Namaste!

My husband is driving me nuts. He has been drinking coffee all day and is on his second pot. He has been fidgeting since noon. He just can't sit still. Why does he continue to drink it if he has already gotten hyper from it? I am going to confiscate his grinder! He is currently smiling at me and laughing about the whole situation.
