Don't fry in a deep fryer put in a skillet and fry with maybe 1/4 cup oil . You don't need a lot of oil , season well then dredge in flour and fry in hot oil but while your frying them cover the frying pan and keep the lid open a little if you have a lid with the vent on top that's great if you don't just crack the lid and leave it a little tilted so that it covers the pan but not sitting flat on the skillet. This way it steams the chops so they cook inside because you cant play with pork it has to be cooked all the way. Then the whole secret about cooking i learned is to listen to your meat while its cooking you will hear as it starts to cook it gets a little louder keep an eye on it but you don't want to open it alot it lets the steam out . It Should take about 6 minutes on each side, But once you turn them leave the lid off so the side you just turned stays crispy. A little hint is season with Lawrys season salt , Black Pepper and Garlic Powder these are Bomb trust me ... :)

You shouldn't deep fry pork chops. Season first, then fry in pan with small amount of oil or butter. It depends on thickness of chops but usually cook about 4 minutes per side. Turn chops when first side is browned.

I would put it in the deep fryer on 350 for 4 or 5 minutes, until you see it floating.
