I know that Sláinte is Gaelic for cheers. (Right?) Well, help a poor American gal get in touch with her Irish heritage before St. Pat's so she doesn't mispronounce it and sound like an idiot when she lifts her Guinness or Beamish, please? And any other cool phrases you think I could get away with throwin' out would be welcome too. Just so long as ya tell me how to pronounce them.

Im trying to make cheesecake martini and i got the recipe online the only thing i dont get is that it says to add " 1 splash" of cranberry juice. how much is a splash?. it says .75 OZ Strawberry Vodka .75 OZ Vanilla Vodka 1 Splash Cranberry Juice.

recently i posted a question in search of something called a Super Donut.
they were served in my elementry school during breakfast. they were individually wrapped caked donuts that were the closest thing to heaven!
im in my 20's now and im pregnant and ALL i crave are these damn donuts and i havent had one in over 10 years!
I got a few responses of places in Kentucky and other states (im in Oklahoma) but none of the food services that distribute them will mail them to me. i even tried calling my old elementry school but had no luck...lol
