Im trying to make cheesecake martini and i got the recipe online the only thing i dont get is that it says to add " 1 splash" of cranberry juice. how much is a splash?. it says .75 OZ Strawberry Vodka .75 OZ Vanilla Vodka 1 Splash Cranberry Juice.

A splash is just a splash..figuratively about a half ounce.

First of all, Martini's are made with Gin.

Pour some Gin over ice in a glass and just whisper the word Vermouth over this mixture. Add a stuffed olive as garnish and you have a dandy Martini on the rocks.
