Due to severe food allergies (wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, tomato, avacado, peanuts, etc) I have a very limited diet. I do vegan wherever I can, but due to limitations have the littlest bit of fish when I feel the need for protein, mosty twice a year. I consume fresh, raw milk from a pampered cow. I am trying to balance my 12 year olds vegan needs, with my needs for protein from sources other than those typically used by vegans. We are very pro active for animal rights, and consume only products we know are willingly given up by animals, and we thank them for it. Being allergic to most grains, many vegetables, and all wheat items. such as bread, crackers, cookies, cakes, etc., What can you recommend that my daughter and I can enjoy together-cooking three meals a day for her, and three seperate meals for me is tiring, and not cost effective. I have been slammed on here several times for saying I am a veggie, and then saying I eat fish....I need balance and advice

I am looking for a good drink recipe that serves 3 to 5 people. The thing is that it must be non-alcoholic, and it can't call for any strange ingredients that would be hard to find.

i'm not drinking the whole 750 ML bottle, just well...I'm on my 4th glass lol so how many colories does it have? it is bubbly and carborated...any ideas?? is it REALLY bad for me? oh, and i'm 15 by the way

I love risotto as a side dish. I am thinking of having risotto Al Gorgonzola, but maybe blue cheese may overpower the steak. The steak I plan to make is grilled and served with a 3-color bell pepper sherry cream sauce. What so you think the risotto should be flavoured with, if not blue cheese?

It gives the salt and sugar and all that anyway it gives it for 250ml the suger happens to be 25%. So for a whole bottle its 50%. No doubt many people will glance and think its for the whole bottle. so whats the point of these new labels if companys are going to give half measures, if you dnt do the maths or dnt read the small print your gonna think its lower suger exactly what the companys want.

I want to throw a party for St Pats day, but wondering if there are any traditional Irish dishes that can be made vegetarian. I've always done Corned Beef & Cabbage... which obviously won't work now that I'm a veggie... Ideas anyone? I don't care how easy/difficult it is... My friend has been sober for 5 years, and I would like to do something special for him. He cannot have ANY alcohol at all, not even the negligiable amount in certain desserts or in non-alcoholic drinks (which is something like .5%). Ok I have a chicken breast and i dont know what to do with it, i thought about breading it but thats usually cooked in a little oil and im trying to cut down on fats/oils, would it be the same if i cooked it on a grill or even microwave? (lol-seriously i cook chicken in there all the time)...
