I remember Rachel Ray, on one of her episodes of Tasty Travels, this past month, she went all over the country finding the best spots for BBQ. I can remember she was in Texas, Memphis, South or North Carolina and some other places all around. So I suggest you go to www.foodnetwork.com and look for that episode on her show.
** I'm down in Florida the best BBQ ever I've had was in Texas a long time ago and then my reguilar spot when I feel that need of having my BBQ is on the FLorida Keys a palce called Porky's BBQ, they have awsome tangy ribs, bbq pork chunks, chili is so good, I like going on their ribs night & steak night and to top it all off they have for a
FRIED KEY LIME PIE that blows your mind !!!
and yeah I said fried key lime pie.

somewhere in central missouri on route 70 on the east bound side. i don't know the name but you'll see the bbq sign. best i ever ate
