Chap stick, moisturizer and lip stick bad ideas. If you're trying to enjoy a good wine don't put something greasy on your lips. Have you seen the oil slick that forms when you're drinking something with lip gunk on. That has to effect the quality of the wine. Just wipe your lips with wet paper towel when you go to the ladies room.
