First time using the sealer since X-mas. Can I add marinade before or should I wait until I'm ready to cook them?

yes you can but if you just put the dressing in the bags with the steak, it will be just as flavorful.It saves you time just to throw the marinade with the steak & freeze it.

Yes you can. I usually marinate the vacuum sealed steaks in the fridge for an hour or two then freeze them.

Yes, you certainly can. I do it all the time. I personally think steaks stay fresher if frozen in the marinade.

I would wait till you are ready to cook them to get the full flavor, it may spoil the steaks

Yes, you can. You can also include smaller bags of side dishes and vegetables, then put everything for the meal (that's freezable) in one big bag and label it. Then when you want a meal, everything's all figured out in advance.

defiantly, you will be very surprised that the flavor will be so much more intense. not only will it save you time in the long run but it will taste like you worked on it all day!

of course you can...why not? It will soak in the meat and when you take it out of the freezer and go to cook it it will be all set and ready to go!
