yes you can but if you just put the dressing in the bags with the steak, it will be just as flavorful.It saves you time just to throw the marinade with the steak & freeze it.

Yes you can. I usually marinate the vacuum sealed steaks in the fridge for an hour or two then freeze them.

Yes, you certainly can. I do it all the time. I personally think steaks stay fresher if frozen in the marinade.

Yes, you can. You can also include smaller bags of side dishes and vegetables, then put everything for the meal (that's freezable) in one big bag and label it. Then when you want a meal, everything's all figured out in advance.
