burger is ok if it's small. It's those triple whopper size burgers that will kill you.. Also, don't cover the burger with cheese and mayonnaise. All the slimey fatty stuff is what's bad.
French fries are basically a heart attack in a box, avoid at all costs. They have no value what-so-ever. Sliced baked potatoes are ok.

Cake should be a treat that you eat only 4 times a year or so. Your birthday, and other special occasions.

Do I have any scientific data or sources for my statements? No. But guess what? I have a 32 inch waist, have zero body fat, and will live to be 100 :)

A piece of cake. I don't think burgers are bad as long as they are made with lean beef.
French fries are never good. No matter which restaurants they are from.

well it depends what kind of cake that you are eatting basically but in my opinion a piece of cake is much more worser because cake has tons of calories, sugar,a dn of course fat. Burgers are bad for you too but they have less sugar actually they have only maybe a pinch of sugar, so yeah there you go.

The hamburger would be worse unless you're using a very lean mix of beef. As to the fries, again they would be worse as to artery clogging trans fats.

well i would say if you're making both at home from scratch then you can control what goes in it so neither has to be "bad for you" just choose your ingredients wisely
