My friend from gentlemen's lodge has went on this crazy cult diet and is losing his hair. I have 2 questions actually. The next question is this. Should someone who is losing their hair go ahead and shave their head? Which looks better, a person with thinning hair or a shaved head?

What is the best way to prepare chicken at home to have a nice crispy crust while keeping the chicken tender and juicy inside?

Its a small ham, a little less than 2 lbs (1.93). I try to have dinner ready by 6pm and its almost 1pm now. I set it out about 1 1/2 hours ago. Do you think it will be thawed out in time to cook it for dinner?

I know this is a simple process but you just don't put the batter into a square pan. I used to do this all the time but I've forgotten how. It's great for days when you don't have time for making cookies or feel lazy.I think you have to thin the batter a bit.

I accidentally bought TWO huge bunches of cilantro. I don't want them to go to waste, so I thought I'd whip up some pesto. But all the recipes I'm finding include fresh basil which I don't have. I have everything else for normal pesto.

I am near Los Angeles and looking for a beginner cooking class, preferably a Japanese cooking class because I need to learn how to cook Japanese food (says my mom). I am not trying to do this as a career but I am sick and tired of being affraid of the stove. I just need to learn the basics of preparing food and I am not sure where to look. The diner is in Michigan and I believe I got the recipe in an old Family Fun magazine years ago- or maybe Reader's Digest and seem to have lost it. It's wonderful!
