i have a lot of plain processed cheese can i use that in place of parmesan? i would top it with mozarella though

Yes you can use it. It will alter the flavor though.

I think you would be better off skiping the parmesan, but not replacing it with toxic plastic cheese. Have you read the ingredients in that stuff? Just use a little extra mozz.

Any recipe can use "just any" but the taste will always be different.
Some people use blended cottage cheese instead of ricotta but it tastes different . There are many variations of lasagna and as long as you like the taste . . .

No because the best cheese to use is ricotta and shredded if you use any other kind of cheese it wont taste right

If you like that type of cheese you can use it. You could omit that and just use mozarella cheese.
