Eating Hot Salsa?

Is it bad to eat hot salsa, my stomach always hurts the next day. Is there something I can eat before I start eating the salsa so it doesnt' bother me?

Why do u need to have something so badly that u have to take precautions before u have it?Just avoid it totally!
Well......u can try the green salsa instead, maybe it wouldnt cause any such problems.
Also u must see a doc, u might have a problem there.....
Just a thought.

Try drinking a glass of Milk before to coat your stomach.
