I saw on the news today that any peanut butter jar with the numbers 2111 at the beginning of the number might have salmonella. There have been 300 cases already discovered. CHECK YOUR PEANUT BUTTER JARS!!! Peter Pan and Great Value may have salmonella. You can get a refund. For more information visit this link below! Stay Safe!

I'm tired of the standard "Walmart" coated sheet pans that get scratched and begin to rust. Before you know it the whole pan is ruined. Are there stainless steel pans out there and if so is there any pro's or con's to using them? Same question for aluminum.....

Here in the U.S., Cadbury chocolate is manufactured by hershey's, and it SUCKS compared to genuine english cadbury. Other than the creme eggs, which are made in the UK and imported, does anyone know of a source in the states for genuine english cadbury, particularly dairy milk bars and the orange chocolate bars?

We are trying to eat more fish, and I have a fish cookbook, but it's somewhat limited........... my husband hates salmon (I love it) and so we're trying to explore some unusual varieties of fish to see if there's something we both like but I'm not sure how to cook some of this stuff.

There's so much good Indian food in Toronto, but I'm craving Indian pizza and can't find it anywhere. If you haven't tried it, it's a standard pizza crust with chutneys or other Indian foods as toppings, like tandoori chicken or aloo gobi. Some Indian restaurants (at least in San Francisco) make them along with more traditional dishes. I could make them at home, but it's never as good....

I am going to be serving steak at a small dinner party sometime in the next month. I am using a red wine based marinade with Kansas Ciry strip steaks. I am planning on serving a Bordeaux which is one of my favorite wine pairings. However I also wanted to provide something special and unique to the guests that prefer not to drink alcohol that night. I have read that dark teas (black, oolong) can pair well with red meat, but I wanted to know what other flavors also pair well. I am considering using a black tea and adding a flavor to it- and experimenting first. I would like to know what flavors traditionally work well so I can start experimenting. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! -David

I read that online today when I was explaining to my mother why I would no longer eat pork (and why she shouldn't eat it either), and I was wondering if it's true. Because she just bought some pork and as she's cooking it, I'm considering pouring some Coke on (what would have been) my piece, so that hopefully by the time it's done, some little worms are crawling on it and she WON'T eat it! GROSS!

Thanks!

I am eating Beefaroni right now and my mother says it's not healthy. The meat is precooked right? So it's completely fine? I also eat Raviolli cold. I know a lot of people who do it. Should I stop eating it...?
