I'm tired of the standard "Walmart" coated sheet pans that get scratched and begin to rust. Before you know it the whole pan is ruined. Are there stainless steel pans out there and if so is there any pro's or con's to using them? Same question for aluminum.....

STAY AWAY FROM ALUMINUM if you wont a good pan look at either Doughmakers brand or bourgeat but there about 25-40 usd a pan for something that costs less look at Chicago Metallic Professional or Cuisinart Chef's there around 10-15 you can get all of them on line

look in a phone under restaurant supplies or try working with parchment paper
