DAB (Dortmunder Actien Brauerei ) Low Carb from Germany is truly the best low carb, light beer ever. 2 carbs, 92 calories per bottle. Also see the second link below for a good summary of all low carb beers.

I have not seen calories and carbs listed on beer. But, generally you can drink beer as long as you aren't drinking the whole keg. If you do find less fattening beer I know some guys at the bar with their gut over their belt who would like to know.

Believe it or not Guinness. Guinness is right in there with Bud Light/Coors Light etc..

For American's it can be an acquired taste, but once you go black you won't go back;)
