We are trying to eat more fish, and I have a fish cookbook, but it's somewhat limited........... my husband hates salmon (I love it) and so we're trying to explore some unusual varieties of fish to see if there's something we both like but I'm not sure how to cook some of this stuff.

I don't know why recipes will not show up at the end of the worldfamous address.
Just type in fish on your address or search bar and you will be amazed at the free recipes out there.

If your husband hates salmon, buy wild salmon (NOT farm raised or wild caught) and cook it with no seasonings. Wild fish has a natural flavor that is awesome.

My mother in law is a vegetarian and she does not eat fish or seafood of any kind.
