I want to make a dessert. I can't use the oven or stove. I don't want to have ice cream. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have met several vegetarians who were very unhealthy (ie. they ate mostly veggie pizza, burgers, fries, etc and avoided salads and tofu)....

As a vegetarian do you think you live a healthier lifestyle than the general population? Here are some things to consider:

a) Are you a smoker/non-smoker?
b) Do you eat mostly organic/sometimes/ rarely?
c) Do you exercise often/sometimes/rarely?

As it comes across from the packaging, beek jerky has very little fat (1g per small packet), and very little calories to it.

I've also heard that it could be lined up to replace pork scratchings in the UK because they're so much better for you.

What's the truth about it all? It tastes good, so sods law it'll probably be bad for me in some way. Salt content maybe?

Any advice would be greatly received as living in the UK, I know very little about a US product like this.

im throwing a small bday party for a friend tomorrowso I want to make jello shots, I have done them before but usually out of a large box. She's a pink fan so I'm doing strawberry kiwi with strawberry schnapps. I'm making a smaller box 0.3oz would I still just subsitute the cold water for alk, should I use less??? I'd like to try frying the onion rings out of Nigella Lawson's Feast book. She suggests using a deep pan with oil to fry these. However all I have are 'regular' pans, baking ones. I live on the continent and I do have a frying pot, the plugged in appliance type which I don't see much of in England. Will it be ok to put the onion rings in batter in the basket and lower them into the fryer or will they disintegrate/will the batter come off?
