I know smoking is bad for my health, but does drinking rockstar energy drinks add to this damage in any way? this question has started to bother me since I have been drinkin a rockstar a day and smokin 10-20 cigs a day.

I've been eating more veggie meals lately and have noticed alot more gas in my stomach.... Its become a problem as my "farting"
has escalated..... I am trying to find some relief naturally, does
"Beano" work?....is there another natural product or herb that
can help here?....I am not joking here, this is a serious question
as I realize it might sound funny...any help would be appreciated!!

hi, i have some ground coarse coffee beans, from starbucks, its a guatemalan one, i just wonder if it still safe to take it, it been expired since dec 30 last year, if its safe, how long should i still keep it, bec me myself is not a heavy coffee drinker, just to let you know, i store it in an air tight container for storage, thanks.... =)

i was wondering what people think about me letting my son/daughters drink in the home. the youngest of my kids is 16. I know that they are going to drink and it just seems like it would be better if i let them do it at home with me there to supervise. Wouldnt you rather you're kid and their friends pass out drunk with an adult to help them or at some random kids house where everyone is wasted and there is no one to help? WHat should i do?!

I'm new to cooking and I have used Italian dressing to marinade pork chops and chicken breasts. I'm wondering what other dressings I can use as a marinade. have recently looked up all the fancy nutrition facts on the back of energy drink bottles and found some shocking evidence. People say eating too many BIg Macs can kill you, but you might as well drink an energy drink. McDonalds fries are really salty but the amount of salt in an energy drink is equal to about 5 large packages of fries from McD's!!!!! That is disgusting and I will never drink one again!!! And there is bull urine in energy drinks , taurine (www.reference.com) (Then look up the word bile, idiot!!!)That is no myth it is a fact and I have looked it up!!!!!! So will you still drink them?

I've been eating only vegtable and fruit for 2 months now, and I've only lost 10lb, I heard that atkins diet works well, and I can eat all the meat I want, and I don't have to workout at all, that sounds better than my current diet, so the question is should I switch to atkins diet?
