Tropical Smoothie....
In blender, combine 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 3/4 cup mango chunk, 1/2 cup banana slices, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 2 tsp. sugar, and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and thick. Garnish with a mint sprig and slices of mango and lime. Serves 2.
Orange- Banana Smoothie....
In blender, combine 3/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup sliced banana, 2 tsp. brown sugar, and 1/8 tsp. almond extract. Add 2 ice cubes and blend until thick and smooth. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serves 1.
Two smoothie without banana
Raspberry-Beet-Barry Smoothie
In blender, puree 2 cooked beets (41/2ounces, cooled and coarsely chopped), raspberries (2 ounces fresh or frozen), and cranberry juice (1 cup chilled) until smooth.
Pour puree through a strainer in to a large pitcher. Whisk in most of the plain yogurt (1 cup low-fat). Pour into 4 glasses and top with remaining yogurt. Garnish with extra raspberries, If you like.
Serve immediately.
Tomato Smoothie
In blender, whirl plain yogurt(1 cup low-fat), 2 large ripe plum tomatoes(peeled, seeded, and chopped),1/2 tsp dried basil(crumbled), and 1/4 tsp salt until very smooth, 2 minutes, Serves over ice, If desired.

if you don't like berry seeds then don't use rasberries they are annoying but you can always use half a banana and more of other fruits which they go with everything but the key to great smoothies is using raw sugar ex. turbanado if it's available in your area if not I'm sure you can go to Wal-Mart and get that sugar in the raw stuff but one of my favorites is cranberry juice,pineapple,and strawberry use about 1/2 cup of each and aout 1/3 cup of the cranberry OMG it is wonderful very light and cool if you want more go to a Tropical Smoothie place and get a menu and it has all their fruit combos on there and just make whatever you want just use raw sugar and your good to go ~Abby

Frozen mango, vanilla yogurt, dessert tofu and banana in amounts you feel are appropiate. Not only does it taste good, it's healthy.
