Being Australian VB (Victoria Bitter) and Carlton Draught both Australian beers. For other beers outside Aus, I have to agree San Miguel in the Philippines and also Singer in Thailand. Been to both countries and both beers very nice. Other than that nothing beats an Australian beer. Cheers

Dos Equis (mexico) is my fave, and I also like Newcastle (england) and Hacker Pschorr (germany). There are some good domestics, you just have to search a little. Goose Island is from Chicago, I don't know if its widely available in other areas, but they make a good brown ale and a wheat ale, called Urban 312.

Eichhof Klosterbraeu from Switzerland. Try it and you're sold. They actually found a recipe for that beer in a old monastery, dating back to the early 1300.

Please try Chimay... it is the most awesome brew... its a Belgium beer not cheap but worth the cost. I use to do the whole home brewing thing with an ex-boyfriend and so I'm a beer snob...
Chimay is the name I promise you will say damn that woman knows a good dark ale!

Have a GREAT day!

Try Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. I agree with the earlier answer that suggested Chimay also.

Tecate, for sure. It's best with a little lime and salt.

Although Dos XX and Pacifico (Mexican, also) are pretty good as well.
