your a walking time bomb my friend if you didn't have any major accidents God forbid but yeah all these energy drinks that give people these fake sense of quick energy are very bad for you what it is doing is speeding up your heart making you think that you have everygy and all it is really doing is telling your body ok get up and do something to catch up with this heart rate or else your going to be short of breath and have cheast pain trust me I worked as an EKG tech for years and if you sit down and then stand up you automatically jump start your heart at least 25 beats faster then you just sitting so skip all the fake energy drink and not to mention slow down on the smokes and try to stop gradualy cuz they are sending you down even faster then the energy drink after all do you want a hole in your neck and talk through a machine that makes you sound like a robot trust me it aint pretty when you have to blow your nose through your neck you will know just what I'm talking about Good Luck my friend and Happy New Year

Well first off smoking is bad. Smoking over 10 cigarettes/day is really gross.

I'm trying to quit right now and I'm down to one cigarette/day. I always smoke it after a day at work, and I get a MASSSSSSSSSIVE buzz from having not smoked any cigarettes earlier in the day.

Anyways, back to your question.

As far as I know, drinking Rockstar along with smoking wouldn't cause any additional "damage" to your body, if you will. Obviously, drinking carbonated beverages makes you fat (if you don't exercise) and for some people, repeatedly drinking carbonated drinks (such as drinking 6 or more Cokes per day....I know people who do that!!!) can cause minor damage to your esophagus because of the carbonic acid.

Anyways, yea, that was probably not helpful LOL.

Having one isn't the topic, that is while little ones drink 2-6 so as that they get a hurry. Your heart races and you experience extraordinary. that's risky to do even with the indisputable fact that. examine the can. It even says to not exceed X# in step with day. it may suck to have a heart attack at 13 years previous!
