When you are normal, you must take normal sugar and salt.
However, if you're in sugar disease you need less sugar and less salt in case of blood-pressure.

Since sugar can make you overweight, and salt has no calories, I'd say sugar does much more damage. Actually, there's been many studies that if you drink enough water, excess salt really won't hurt you.

Depends on the person. If you are diabetic, sugar hurts more. If you have high blood pressure..salt would hurt more. Everything in moderation.
