A Panda Express opened nearby and there aren't any Asians working there. Does it feel fake to you or untrustworthy, or does it not matter because food is food? Do you apply the same rule to Mexican restaurants, Indian restaurants, etc.?

After years of family, friends and co-workers asking me to bake them cakes, cookies, etc. for special events, I’ve decided to try to start a small bakery business from home. I’m be making candies, cookies, cakes, tarts, and maybe branching out into snack foods. Most of my business will be online orders, as I will have no actual place of business so to speak. I’m having a hard time coming up with names though. I live in the Adirondacks, and wanted something that would be cute on a label and that related to nature. I’m considering Firefly Foods, Fox Paw Pantry, Brown Bunny Bakery, Duck Pond Desserts. I’m open to any other suggestions or votes on favorites.

I work for a promotional agency right now doing different types of promos but lately, I've been getting a lot of jobs to conduct wine tastings. I've grown to enjoy it too and was wondering what it would be like to work at an actual winery.

Does anyone have any experience to share?

Okay, here is is, disgusting question of the day:

If you have a cold, the germs are in your snot, right? What happens if you pick your nose and eat it while you have a cold, it's like eating germs, right? Like, you'd never get rid of your cold, right? That's so gross...

Paul Harvey just said it was green onions. Not lettuce. I am scared as I ate them last night. If I have E coli when will it present itself and how? I live in North Central Ohio. Where were the outbreaks? And how bad were they, I'm scared a little. Any info would be appreciated. I know Ohio had a lot of outbreaks with the spinach so maybe the bad green onions traveled here too.

I had a friend who took a manager's class for a local convenience store and she saw pictures of lunchmeat under a microscope of bacteria at 5min 10 min etc until the thing was crawling at 1 hour. I would like to find these pictures on the internet to prove to my co-workers that they can't leave things set out ovrnight and eat them the next day. I have had no luck so far.

What is the best brand of salsa out there? -I'm not talking about the popular ones that are in the grocery stores, and I don't want to make any, but are there any out there that are good, maybe even award winning? I plan on getting it as a gift for someone who enjoys salsa. I read one answer already that said Casa Sanchez was a good one, and that the asker planned on getting Arriva's salsa, I looked Arriva's up but couldn't find it....please help

Do you think it's fair for Mar's bar to completely remove all the peanuts out of their chocolate bars just because alot of people are allergic to them? Why can't they have a bar with nuts and one without? Now I have to switch to Oh,Henry or More's or both. It's good their looking out for the peoples allergies because it can be fatal. But I need my nuts and Mar's has ( had ) that perfect combination. Milk chocolate, caramel, peanuts, and that other filling. What is that anyway? Another Mar's bar loyalist falls.

Has anyone ever heard of UHT or Ultrapasteurized Milk? If so can anyone point me in the right direction on where to get some? A friend gave me some a while back and it was perfect for me because I am not a big milk drinker. A half gallon would normally go bad before I was even a third of the way done with it. I was also hoping to find more for my mom, since her refrigerator is too small for an entire gallon, let alone the two she normally puts in there for her entire family. Thanx!!!
