Check out the back of a box of Knorr's Vegetable soup in the dry soups section. There is a GREAT and EASY recipe for spinach dip. Goes great on crackers, tortilla chips, dipping chips and triscuits. Also try a small can of no bean chili and a small block of velveta cheese. Cut the cheese into chunks and add the chili. Microwave on med until melted. Stopping occiasionally to stir. Serve with tortilla chips.

For a healthy snack, I may be able to help... Get pepperoni's, lay them our on a paper towel covered plate( cover the surface of the plate). Microwave 1-1/2 minutes on high, more or less depending on your microwave... They become much like potato chips... For a dip, we use basil pesto...ranch or bleu cheese works well, also. Happy holidays

One of my favorites especially during the holidays is the one where you use:
1 pkg of cream cheese
1/2 lbs fresh salad shrimp
cocktail sauce
put cream cheese on your plate, cover with shrimp and then cover all with sauce. Trim with parsley and cherry tomatoes. Serve with a good buttery cracker. A big,big hit!

I personally love a cheese dip I make.

4 packs light cream cheese
3 packs of prepackaged corned beef slices
1 package of green onions
3 tsp seasoned bread crumbs
1 package of thinly sliced almonds

Chop green onions, corned beef and mix them into the cream cheese. Mix in bread crumbs. Then roll the mixture into a boll over the sliced almonds.

Serve with your favorite crackers!

French-Onion. Yum.

Look up the recipe for Shrimp Dip. That stuff is great. My mother in law makes it every year.
