I got a call the other day to be on a taste testing panel. Well I went today and it was pretty fun. I got $15.00 in cash and I just want to share this with anyone who may need extra money fast. That's all

Hello Everyone!

My husband has started fasting for the holiday season. (Religious) He can not have dairy or meat. Seafood is ok. Any good recipies out there we could try. I'm not a big fan of seafood so i would like to try something else. Maybe with ToFu? Any suggestions would be apprechaited.

I want to make some caramel truffles with a hard chocolate shell for some friends for the holidays. I've already found some good recipes for the tempered chocolate shell, but I'm lost at finding anything for a good, dense caramel ganache. Any suggestions?

I have a cookie mix that is very tightly sealed and has never been opened. It is a powder mixture and dosent look bad but is 2 years past ex date. Can I still use it? It is a sugar cookie mix.

okay so someone i don't know welll had given me a cup of coffee and i ttok one sip and I knew there was something differnent.. It smelt funny and I didn't drink it?? But I did save it... I duuped it in another cup to store... At the bottom it there this almost green looking stuff... And if you shake it, it fizzes??? What do you think it is and what should i do???

1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
Lemon juice
4 large eggs
Nuts
1 bottle tequila
2 cups of dried fruit

Sample the tequila to check quality.
To be sure it is of the highest quality, pour
one level cup and drink.
Repeat.
Add one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure the
tequila is still OK.
Try another cup... just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.
Pick the frigging fruit up off floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers
just pry it loose with a drewscriver.
Sample the tequila to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something.
Check the tequila. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
No wait..shtrain the lemon juice and shift
your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever
you can find.
Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.
Don't forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window.
Finish the tequila and wipe counter with the cat.

Bright orange-ish red sweet and sour sauce recipe?????
I am looking for the recipe for the really sweet bright orange-ish red sweet and sour sauce that you get from the cheap drive thru or delivery Chinese resturaunts. I have looked over soooo many different sweet and sour sauce recipes, and made a few but none are the copycat of the one you can get at these resturaunts. Idon't think this one has and soy sauce or red pepper in it because it is so bright red-orange (like neon) and has no spice to it, just sweet, like the pinapple juice. PLEASE if anyone works in one of the drive-thru resturaunts or prepared a copycat recipe HELP!
