I have a carton of eggs in my fridge. they say sell before Nov 16th. but i just opened one and i didn't smell bad. are they still good? i'm just needing one to help me bread some chicken. please help me before i get sick!

2-3 weeks is generally my personal limit but when they get more than a week old they are really only good for baking with. Don't use them for frying. And don't use them if they are cracked at all.
