I would think you could stir in a little orange juice.
Here's a recipe for some dip...
"Mint Dressing For Fruit" - 1 cup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. minced fresh mint
2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (parsley)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Assorted fresh fruit
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients (except assorted fruit); serve with fruit.
"Disappearing Fruit Dip" - 2 cups
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; softened
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel
Dash ground ginger
Assorted fresh fruit
In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients (except assorted fresh fruit) until smooth. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.

A tablespoon or two of brandy or if you want to keep it non-alcoholic use rum extract.
