i've been wanting to bartend for a long time and in my opinion it will be something i would love doing but im just afraid, what if i mess up? how will i be able to memorize all the drinks they want if there there are alot of people asking for many different drinks at the same time?? what if i forget again after i asked the second time....... i would like to hear your storys on how you felt and your expieriences when you first began bartending. thank you

How long can hamburger stay frozen and still be good to eat when thawed?

I have a bunch of hamburger that has been frozen for 3 years. It was cut at a butcher, wrapped in plastic wrap then freezer paper and taped up. If thawed, will it still be edible? Ive heard one or two years is ok. Anyone know anything else?

what are the drinking preparations for a person that hasnt drank before?

i am skinny not anorexic, ( 75pounds) and 5 feet, if that effects the situation.

i am just scared that i am going to faint, like what should eat or not eat. i am not going to be drinking a lot just verrrrry little sincei have to go out to a party after that.

there will smirnoff and bacardi, jack daniels, hennessy, tattoo, stuff like that, like wht shld i drink the first time around?

am i an alcoholic?

i used to never drink at all - model citizen, straight A student, etc. and then i went to college and drank some (but not a lot). but then over the summer i got a dui and that has basically let me know that my life needs some adjustment. so i have put myself on abstinance from drinking until my dui is up (july of next year) b/c if i get caught with another dui i'm in big trouble and can kiss veterinary school goodbye.

however, since i have stopped drinking, i find that all i want to do is drink on the weekends, and since i'm at college the temptation is all aorund me. i turn 21 in december, but i'm really scared b/c i'm afraid i will give in to the temptation b/c i will legally be allowed to buy alcohol. i think about alcohol a lot and get a lot cravings for it. does this mean i'm an alcoholic?
