Did you mean that you fart or burp?
FYI, gas is formed by swallowing air during eating (usually causes burping), as well as by the normal bacteria in the colon. These bacteria break down leftover nutrients in waste & produce methane gas as a bi-product. Perhaps the efficiency of digestion, or the types of bacteria differ between males & females, resulting in different amounts of flatulence.
Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any way to change the balance of bacteria in the colon. Antibiotics, enemas, & laxatives all may temporarily change the colon's environment, but ultimately the mix seems to be genetically predetermined. Certainly, diet can affect the production of methane. For some individuals things like spices, legumes, raw fruits or vegetables, and bran all can serve to stimulate gas production.
By determining which foods cause your flatulence, you can help by reminding yourself of the foods you should avoid. & if you are lactose intolerant, this could contribute to your gassiness & you could try an over-the-counter treatment like lactaid before you ingests dairy.
Or you can try using or making your own remedy by finely slicing a ginger & add it in a cup of warm water to make a some sort of ginger juice & then drink it... It helps to get rid of the gas...
Good luck... ;-)
