About 6 months, but my friend had grape jelly in her fridge for over a year.

Keep your grape jelly in the fridge and it last a long time. Better yet, eat it up. Uneaten jelly is just too sad.

I've had jelly in the fridge for a solid year and it's still been good. There should be an expiry date on the label (unless it's homemade) Check that, and it should be good for at least a few months after that.
If you don't trust that, just check the jelly itself and make sure it look/smells alright to eat, and it should be.

If you keep it in the fridge, it will last for a long time. Years, to be exact. Jelly is just sugar, water, fruit juice, and pectin. If you keep it cold, it'll just dry out after a while. Or grow mold.
