Daniel 12 vs 2 In hell in abhorance forever"
Jesus Revelation 1vs1&3:19&20 spoken from heaven about salvation chapters 19-22 describe rejection of Jesus the Messiah and hell gnashing teeth forever and also the joy of heaven is described by Jesus too-for those that "Except ye repent and be born again, ye can not see the kingdom of God.: John 3

Isaiah predicted the Messiah Jesus perfectly-see my past questions it explains perfectly Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 is a good start - "He will be the exaulted messiah, but first marred more than any man, and lays down his life to make atonement for our sins."

I saw a show where the chef left a whole chicken in a crockpot overnight to make stock, and then threw out the chicken. I made a stew out of chicken necks and giblets last night. I use powdered chicken broth, garlic, onion, wine, bay leaf and basil to flavour it.

Then I cut off the meat and let it simmer with the potatoes. Why would anyone use a whole chicken when you can buy canned chicken broth? I could have made chicken chaud-froid out of that.

As we all know, the Chinese regard fish heads, ducks' tongues and chicken feet as delicacies. I believe sheeps' eyes are a delicacy in Saudi Arabia. My cat loves fishes' eyes too.

So has anyone tried an eye or two (I don't mean unintentionally as in a hamburger).

I made salsa, and I added red crushed peppers. I apparently got too much in it. Is there anything I can add to tame it down a bit, or is it a lost cause. I don't know if there is a chance i can add more tomoatoes to make it milder. Stretching it out ....I would prefer not to do that, if I can avoid it.

Small birds (eg quails, baby chickens, duckling etc.) are delicious. What others? Sparrows? Starlings? Thrushes? Robins? Blackbirds? Wrens? It seems a pity to waste them when my cat brings them in.

In one episode of "Cheers" Cliff is seated at the bar describing the Buffalo Theory to his buddy, Norm. I don't think I've heard the concept explained better than this.

"Well you see Norm, it's like this....A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But, naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.

In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

I'm 27 yrs old, 5 ft. 6 in., weigh 154 lbs and want to lose about 25lbs. I go to school and already get up at 5:30 am. I work out around 10am or 11 am. I need to know what I should eat for breakfast and lunch. I need these to be "to go" and I am a vegetarian. (I will eat eggs in foods, but I don't like the taste of them to eat them plain.) Also, what about pre-and post workout foods? Please keep in mind that I am a very strict vegetarian, I do eat eggs and dairy. Thanks for any good tips!
