Wow that is some strong coffee, it should be out of your system anyway in a day or so. In the mean time try to live with the energy, try to do something constructive, clean your room or something else you have been putting off.

What kind of coffee is that? I wouldn't mind gettting a cup of that.
If you want to calm down drink some coffee and go for a walk on your break. You have too much energy. Unfortunately when have a burst of energy like this taking something else to calm down doesn't put you in a good place.
Better just to ride it through.

Hey there...i'm not going to try to convince you to stop drikning coffee cause i love it too much. But, what i would suggest is switching to a bolder or "stronger" roast....i know it sounds odd, but coffee is backwards when it comes to taste vs caffeine content.
the stronger the roast the less caffeine it has in it. This is because it has been broken down over the roasting process for a longer period of time - more roasting means stronger flavour but less caffeine. inversely, milder roasts are more potent with caffeine but milder in flavour because they haven't been roasted as long.
if you want to stop being jittery, you can try some chamomile tea or other calming teas - but try to stay away from chai, black, earl grey etc as they too have caffeine in them.
The suggestion of valerian root is good....but be warned, it may have an accelerated effect...i.e. you might fall asleep.

I'm trying to cut down on coffee, it will do a job on your stomach, too!!!

This happens to me sometimes. I love coffee but not the caffeine. No, I AM NOT getting old. Something sugary usually helps me. I recommend OJ, 7 Up or Sprite, but certainly not a soft drink with more caffeine.
Somewhere I read that caffeine can play tricks with your blood sugar.

One beer could, besides the indisputable fact that it quite is declared that too lots alcohol disrupts your sleep. As gross because it sounds, it is truly helpful to purpose some heat milk. in case you may no longer get to sleep, do no longer stress the priority- arise and do something relaxing, like examining, until eventually you experience sleepy. it is truly helpful to amplify your bedtime slightly and sacrifice some sleep- i think of that fewer hours of solid sleep is extra suitable than extra hours of tossing and turning.
